1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Player", "User", "you") and b9gama ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"). By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the b9gama website or services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Agreement in its entirety.

If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms and Conditions, you must immediately cease all use of the b9gama platform. Continued use of the platform following any update to this Agreement constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

2. Eligibility Requirements

To register and maintain an active account on b9gama, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You are at least 21 years of age. b9gama does not permit persons under 21 years old to register, deposit, or participate in any gaming activity on the platform.
• You are accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is not explicitly prohibited by applicable local law.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent or representative of any third party.
• You are not a current or former employee, contractor, affiliate, or immediate family member of an employee of b9gama or any of its affiliated companies.
• You have not previously been self-excluded or banned from the b9gama platform or any affiliated gaming service.
• You are not registered on any voluntary self-exclusion programme that applies to b9gama's services.

3. Account Registration & Security

Each player is entitled to register one (1) account only on the b9gama platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and will result in the permanent suspension of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances, bonuses, or pending withdrawals therein.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and valid contact details. You accept full responsibility for maintaining the accuracy of your account information and must notify b9gama promptly of any changes.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. b9gama strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account. You agree to:

• Never share your username or password with any third party.
• Log out of your account after each session, particularly on shared or public devices.

b9gama accepts no liability for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain account security.

4. Deposits & Payment Methods

b9gama accepts deposits via the following payment methods available to Pakistani players: USDT (TRC-20 and ERC-20), Bitcoin (BTC), JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL Bank Transfer, UBL Bank Transfer, and Meezan Bank Transfer. b9gama reserves the right to add, modify, or remove payment methods at any time without prior notice.

All funds deposited into your b9gama account must originate from a payment source that is lawfully owned and controlled by you. You warrant that no deposited funds are derived from any criminal activity, money laundering, or any other unlawful source. b9gama complies with international anti-money laundering (AML) obligations and will report suspicious transactions to relevant authorities.

• Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed on the deposit page at the time of transaction.
• Cryptocurrency deposits are credited upon the required number of network confirmations. b9gama is not responsible for delays caused by blockchain congestion or network conditions.
• b9gama does not charge deposit fees; however, third-party payment processors (including JazzCash, EasyPaisa, and banking institutions) may apply their own transaction charges.
• Deposited funds are held in segregated player accounts and are not used for b9gama's operational expenses.

5. Withdrawals

Players may request withdrawals subject to the following conditions being satisfied in full:

• Your account has been verified (KYC process completed) including submission of valid government-issued photo identification and proof of payment method ownership.
• All applicable wagering requirements attached to any active or previously claimed bonus have been met in full.
• Your account is in good standing with no active investigations, disputes, or fraud flags.
• The requested withdrawal amount meets the minimum withdrawal threshold applicable to the selected payment method.

b9gama processes withdrawal requests within 24 to 72 hours of approval, depending on the selected payment method. USDT withdrawals via TRC-20 are typically the fastest. Bank transfer withdrawals to HBL, UBL, or Meezan Bank may take up to 3–5 business days depending on interbank clearing timelines.

b9gama reserves the right to request additional verification documents before processing any withdrawal. In cases where the source of funds cannot be verified to b9gama's satisfaction, the withdrawal may be declined and the account may be referred to compliance review.

6. Bonuses, Promotions & Wagering Requirements

b9gama offers various promotional bonuses to both new and existing players, including but not limited to: welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and VIP loyalty rewards. Each promotion is governed by its own specific terms, which are published on the relevant promotion page and are incorporated into this Agreement.

The following general bonus terms apply to all b9gama promotions unless explicitly stated otherwise:

• Wagering Requirements: All bonus funds must be wagered the stated number of times before any withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings is permitted. The applicable wagering multiplier is clearly stated on each offer.
• Game Contributions: Different game categories contribute different percentages toward wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100%; live casino, table games, and sports bets may contribute a lower percentage as specified per promotion.
• Bonus Expiry: Bonuses that are not activated or wagering requirements that are not completed within the stated validity period will automatically expire and be removed from the account without compensation.
• Maximum Bet During Bonus Play: While a bonus is active, the maximum permitted bet per round or per game is stated in the specific bonus terms. Bets exceeding this limit may result in bonus cancellation.
• One Bonus at a Time: Only one bonus may be active in a player's account at any given time, unless explicitly permitted by a specific promotion.
• Bonus Abuse: b9gama reserves the right to void bonuses and associated winnings, and to close accounts, where bonus abuse is detected. This includes but is not limited to coordinated wagering, hedging bets across outcomes, or exploiting technical errors.

b9gama reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any promotion at any time. Players will be notified of material changes to ongoing promotions where reasonably practicable.

7. Gameplay Rules & Fair Play

All casino games available on b9gama are operated by licensed third-party game providers and use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or live dealer systems. The outcomes of all games are determined independently of b9gama and cannot be influenced by the platform or by players.

Sports betting odds and markets are set by b9gama's sportsbook team and are subject to change prior to event commencement. In-play odds are updated in real time and b9gama reserves the right to suspend or close betting markets at any time without prior notice.

• In the event of a technical error or malfunction during gameplay, all affected bets or game rounds will be voided and stakes returned. b9gama's decision on the handling of technical errors is final.

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the b9gama platform and will result in immediate account suspension and potential legal action:

• Use of automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with games, place bets, or exploit platform features.
• Collusion with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any casino game or sports market.
• Exploitation of software bugs, technical errors, or mathematical loopholes for financial gain.
• Fraudulent chargebacks or reversal of deposits after those funds have been used for gameplay.
• Provision of false personal information during registration or verification processes.
• Use of the platform for money laundering or any other criminal financial activity.
• Systematic bonus abuse or exploitation of referral programmes in bad faith.
• Creation or use of accounts on behalf of self-excluded individuals.

9. Responsible Gaming

11. Intellectual Property

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the b9gama platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, reverse engineer, create derivative works from, or exploit any part of the platform or its content without b9gama's express prior written consent.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, b9gama and its directors, officers, employees, agents, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the platform or any of its services.

b9gama's total aggregate liability to any player in respect of any claims arising under this Agreement shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

b9gama does not warrant that the platform will be available at all times, free from errors or interruptions, or that defects will be corrected. The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. b9gama makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the operation or content of the platform beyond those required by applicable law.

13. Suspension & Termination

b9gama reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, for any of the following reasons:

• Breach of any provision of this Agreement or any supplemental policy.
• Failure to satisfy eligibility requirements or age verification requests.
• Suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other criminal conduct.
• Provision of false or misleading information during registration or subsequent verification.
• Engagement in any prohibited conduct as defined in Section 8.
• Instruction from a regulatory authority or law enforcement body.

Upon account closure, b9gama will return any verified, unencumbered balance (i.e., real-money funds with no pending wagering requirements) to the player via the original deposit method, following completion of any required compliance review. Bonus balances and any winnings derived solely from bonus funds may be forfeited.

14. Disputes & Governing Law

This Agreement and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with it (including non-contractual disputes) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which b9gama holds its international gaming licence.

In the event of a dispute regarding a game outcome, transaction, or account matter, players must first contact b9gama customer support at [email protected] to seek an informal resolution. b9gama will acknowledge all formal dispute submissions within 48 hours and provide a substantive response within 14 calendar days.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through the internal process, players may refer the matter to the relevant dispute resolution body specified under b9gama's gaming licence framework. b9gama's decision on disputes relating to game outcomes, where determined by certified RNG or live dealer systems, shall be final and binding.

15. Amendments to These Terms

b9gama reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes to this Agreement will be communicated to registered players via email notification to the address on file and/or by a prominent notice displayed on the platform.

The effective date of the most recent version of this Agreement is displayed at the top of this page. It is your responsibility to review this Agreement periodically. Continued use of the b9gama platform following notification of changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms and Conditions.

If you do not accept any amendment to this Agreement, you must stop using the platform and contact support to initiate account closure and the return of any eligible balance.
